Approaching the reception desk, Erica spoke firmly: “We have an emergency”. The urgency in her voice immediately caught the attention of the staff. Kayla, next to her, held the box in her arms, her large eyes filled with a mixture of fear and hope, reflecting the tension of the moment. The receptionist, realizing the seriousness of the situation, quickly directed them to a waiting room, where silence hung in the air, full of expectation.
