Harry S. Truman – 139.8

The 33rd President of the United States, Harry S. Truman was in office from 1945 to 1953. He was elected into power just after the conclusion of the Second World War. He served in the army during the First World War and he is the only president who has ever used nuclear weapons. He was known for his stubbornness and he apparently used the power to veto about 180 times! Having had an IQ of 139.8, Harry Truman falls in the lower 25% of U.S. Presidents.
