Dr. Dré – 50 Lbs
Dr. Dre didn’t have to be concerned about his image because he wasn’t the face of his music. That’s why being a little heavy didn’t bother him too much when working on classics like “Gin and Juice” for Snoop Dogg and “No Diggity” for Blackstreet. However, Dré has struggled with his weight throughout his life and has finally chosen to take better care of his health. He hired a personal trainer to put him through his paces with aerobic, weightlifting, and calisthenics exercises. It helped him lose 50 pounds while also stabilizing his blood pressure. Dré and his long-term wife split up in 2021.
Wayne Knight – 117 Lbs
Wayne Knight’s “unique physique” is so admired that it was reproduced for the role he played in “Toy Story 2.” He has had decent roles in films such as “Space Jam” and “Jurassic Park.” His nerdy appearance and diverse acting technique even landed him a job on “Seinfeld.” However, after his stint on “Seinfeld” ended in 1998, he wanted to give up the body that made him famous and adopt a healthier lifestyle. He kept it simple: exercise more, eat less. What was the result? 117 pounds dropped. In addition, he continues to land roles, such as one in the 2021 picture “12 Mighty Orphans.”
