Susan Boyle – 50 Lbs
Because of her extraordinary talent, Susan Boyle entered Britain’s Got Talent without even needing to win to become a celebrity. She merely performed the Les Misérables song “I Dreamed A Dream,” and not only did she become an immediate star, but her debut record also became the fastest-selling debut album in UK history. She does, however, also have Asperger’s syndrome, a form of autism characterized by extreme social anxiety. She was also identified as having Type 2 diabetes, but she took action by reducing her sugar intake and engaging in regular exercise, which enabled her to shed fifty pounds. She continues to reside at her childhood council estate.
Seth Rogen – 30 Lbs
It’s OK for certain actors, particularly comedians, to have some pudginess. Some even base their entire brand on it, using their rounder proportions to further their humorous story and help them obtain roles that fit them. Seth Rogen is one such performer who gained notoriety in movies such as “Knocked Up” and “The 40-Year-Old Virgin.” However, he had to shed several pounds in order to play “The Green Hornet.” Rogen adhered to the five-factor diet and hired celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak for this. Over a nine-month period, he gradually lost thirty pounds. His voice work for the TV series “Santa Inc.” in 2021 didn’t require him to have such a trim body.
