Power in Twos
Instead of letting brotherly rivalry tear their relationship to shreds, the two formed a close-knit relationship at a young age, hoping to combine their talents and brains to get to the next level. They both took an interest to real estate, propelling them to attend the University of Calgary where they both studied business management. While some could become annoyed when a sibling follows in their footsteps, these two embraced it. Determined from a young age, the pair shocked classmates, doing something a freshman has never done before.
Career Trumps College Parties
The twins saw a dilapidated property right across from their school, the prime location and popularity among students making it a good investment. Off to the bank to get a down payment, they bought the home, repaired it, and later rented it out to fellow students. This provided the two with a blank slate to experiment and do as they pleased with the place. After maximizing the property’s potential, Jonathan and Drew put it on the market, later selling it for $50,000. This project jump-started their careers, giving them the experience and confidence to take their dream to the next level.
