Aldi is not providing a money-back policy. It is offering a double guarantee instead. In other terms, you should return the residual balance if there is anything you don’t want, Aldi’s can replace it, and then you’ll be refunded. This isn’t a reasonable process improvement… it’s pretty nuts, right?
