In November 2010, German Aldi stores switched to “technological innovation.” This indicated that they delivered freshly baked made-to-order bread rolls within only a few seconds because of their in-store baking system. But sadly, the German Bakers’ Confederation took it. Personally, the whole saga ended in a legal case with Aldi’s squad of lawyers and prosecutors disallowing the correct court.
