Prior to playing Pom wielding Lana Thomas in The Princess Diaries of 2001, Mandy Moore wore her own cheering uniform. However, her experience, as she cheered for the Pop Warner Football Team, was a bit unusual. After this encounter with the cheery world, she went on to star in A Walk to Remember and later, This Is Us.
