Mary Pat Gleason died on 2 June 2020 aged 70. You may not know her name, but you know her face and her emblematic personality. Her acting credits list goes on, but French teacher Madame Oeuf on Saved by the Bell, dressing room attendant Lucille on Sex and City, elementary school teacher Mrs. Butters on Desperate Housewives, and homeless lady Sally on Will & Grace were excellent TV roles. Her most famous film roles were A Cinderella Story, Unbearable Violence, The Crucible, and I Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.
