Nicholas Parsons
Nicholas Parsons was a broadcasting legend. He was adored for his professionalism, quick wit, and kindness. The thing he was most famous for was the radio game show, Just a Minute, which he hosted ever since its launch in 1967. A TV-veteran, the 96-year-old was a radio and theater pro as well. He worked in the entertainment industry for 60 years. On January 28th, 2020, the entertainer passed away due to a short illness.
Terry Jones
Most famous for his role as Brian’s mother in Monty Python’s Life Of Brian, Terry Jones delivered one of the most famous lines in 1970s comedy: “He’s not the Messiah – he’s a very naughty boy!”. Terry played several characters in the movie, as it turns out, not just one. He directed it too. Back when the movie was released, it was very controversial since it was religious satire. After fighting a “long, extremely brave but always good-humored battle with a rare form of dementia”, the actor passed away.
