While the actor has suffered from alcoholism throughout his career, he recently opened up about it on his Facebook page in a post in which he admits to returning to treatment in order to be the best parent he can be. The actor even took a sober coach to the Academy Awards this year for support.

The rapper struggled with alcoholism for most of his adolescence before being sober at the age of 25. He explained in an interview with MTV, “The thing that pulled me back was knowing that I wanted to be a musician and that if I wanted to do this I had to get sober.”
