Throughout 2012, the pair purchased a small ranch house. The ranch house was only a house with two bedrooms and an attic. For their huge family with children, conversely, the house was far too tiny. Fortunately, Chip and Joanna didn’t care too much about their size. It was really the land that the couple couldn’t really reject with the ranch house. The unbelievable oak trees surrounding the ranch house may be the most appealing part of it.

The couple did not know that doing so would end up taking 18 months to finish the project. Besides the large project, they will have to devote their time also to undertake other renovation work. Chip and Joanna found more than enough gems during their home improvements, such as documentation from 1895. Nobody said how old the small ranch house might have been. But Joanna fell madly in love with the reality that the house could have its own tale.
