Whether we like to admit it or not, Thaao Penghlis who played Tony DiMera throughout the years is one brilliant actor. The Australian native had an on-again, off-again role on Days Of Our Lives from 1981. His character always seemed like he was on some kind of evil mission but he played it so well it earned him several acting awards and nominations. In addition to his brilliant role on DOOL, Penghlis has authored two books. What will happen with Tony DiMera…we’ll just have to keep watching to find out.

Susan Seaforth Hayes
The oh-so-glamorous Susan Seaforth Hayes has been acting on Days Of Our Lives since 1986, however, her character originated in 1965 as a teenager. Hayes plays Julie Williams who is the sister of Hope Brady. Believe it or not but she is the only actress to appear on the show for all 7 decades! Wow, that’s incredible! She has also guest-starred in shows such as The Young And The Restless and The Bold And The Beautiful. At 77 years we truly hope she doesn’t disappear anytime soon from Salem Place.
