Troy heard the rest of what happened just after the sergeant decided to leave. To say the least, the rookie officer was not amused by what he had been informed of. The cop’s face was both red and angry, and he reprimanded the cab driver for immediately dropping his cruiser. The tow-driver looked at him and shook his head at him.

Sarg, you’re not going to let him do this, yeah?!” The police officer muttered to the tow truck driver’s sergeant.
