‘New Amsterdam’ (Renewed)
NBC gave New Amsterdam a supporting handshake as it has been renewed for not only one but three seasons! The second season earned a decent following with more than 9 million live viewers. With delayed viewings, the real number is even higher than that. It is promising to hear that this is the case. Hopefully, the quality of the show is going to remain as high as it is at the moment.

‘Carol’s Second Act’ (On The Bubble)
For a while, this show had been on the bubble. Based on the ratings that the freshman show brought in, it was possible for it to be renewed or canceled. CBS showed faith in it by ordering extended episodes even though it got so-so ratings. But in the end, the network reached the decision to give it the ax.
