Starz has given the ax to Counterpart after the second season. Justin Marks, the creator of the show, took to Twitter to reveal the news. He also hinted that the producers are not planning on dropping it just yet. According to him, he was happy to have been a part of its creation and thanked everyone who contributed to it through podcasts and tweets.

In 2019, Hulu informed everyone that The First will not stick around. Sean Penn is the star of this drama, which follows a team racing to be the first people to go to Mars. Even though it got plenty of attention leading up to its premiere, it ultimately failed to pull the ratings that the network wanted.
