Bobby was a homeless man from Rome, New York. He was down on his luck when he came across some helpful police officers. These cops, on the other hand, were not there to make an arrest or anything like that. They preferred to speak with Bobby rather than the other way around. This set in motion a chain of events.

Bobby told the cops that all he wanted was a haircut and a hot shower. As a result, these officers fulfilled his request completely. They have a new outfit made from donated clothes, as well as a good shave, haircut, and shower. How good of them!
