The actress was so physical on the set that she constantly caught them on her shoes. It was not hard since those pants were very billowy. Every time that she ripped her costumes, they had to replace the outfit. This meant that the costume designers of the show had to work hard. Only a couple of outfits remained by the end of the show! In 2013, Barbara Eden slipped one of them on for a charity gala.

The Actress Kept The Jeannie Bottle
Barbara Eden kept the original bottle from the show even after it ended. However, she eventually made up her mind to donate it to the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. It remains one of the most popular television props in history! In 2011, she talked about it before giving it away: “I have the original bottle. It was in the office for a long time and then people said you know, ‘That shouldn’t be around, there’s only one,’” Eden said. “So I put it in the bank (in a vault) but it’s on its way to the Smithsonian.”
