After the cancelation of the show, the whole set had to be burned down. The producers of the show realized that it would be very costly to store the props, which was they simply destroyed everything that no one took from the set. In those days, there was nothing really unusual about this practice. We are glad that some artifacts from the show were not destroyed. Barbara Eden kept her genie lamp for years!

Remember when we told you that story about the real lion on the set? It turns out that the lion once let out a terrifying roar that made man on the set flee in fear! Everyone was so scared that they were going to become lunch for the mighty beast. But Barbara Eden did not even flinch a muscle. She just went up to the animal and petted him. Not long after that, the animal calmed down enough to resume filming.
