Possible Remodel
The plaster ceilings look like they were coming down in nearly all the rooms in the house. Inside, you will have a hard time looking for remains of its old glory. It looks worse from the outside, but it does not betray the real condition of the house at one glance. As the tipster said, new trees had been planted at one point in 2013. It must have been paid for the mysterious yet negligent owners. But what could it mean? Did this mean that the owners finally want to renovate the abandoned Minnelli mansion?

Sadly, the house still has to show signs of renovation. Yes, this remains true even though a utility truck has been seen outside of the home and the fact that new trees crop up occasionally. It rests there unoccupied, but some people think that the owners want the squatters or vandals to burn it down or ruin it beyond repair. Regardless of the reason they had left it untouched, the mansion remains open for onlookers to sneak inside when they find themselves close to Crescent Drive. Previously occupied by a legendary auteur, the home is now only a shell of the lavish Hollywood mansion that it used to be.
