Vampire Diaries is a horror-themed TV show that has a total of eight seasons. The female lead of the series was Nina Dobrev (Elena Gilbert, Katherine Pierce, and Amara), while Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore) played the male lead. For those actors, it was effortless to film several kissing scenes, but not in the last season. If Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder had not broken down, the kissing scene which had to be filmed for season 8 could have been straightforward to shoot. There is no need to explain why these actors made a list. The shooting of that kissing scene for both of them was very uncomfortable.

Pakistani actor Fawad Khan was awarded numerous times because he was a great producer, model, screenwriter, singer, and, of course, a very talented actor. As a well-rounded person in the industry, he could represent different roles, but he had one request. He said that he could do anything for the industry, but it was an exception to kiss anyone in front of the cameras. He said that he always wanted and dreamed of a clean career and wanted to keep it as it was built-very wholesome.
