David McCallum – Dr. Donald ‘Ducky’ Mallard
Dr. Donald ‘Ducky’ Mallard, played by veteran actor David McCallum, has been a fan favorite from the show’s start, and it’s tough to picture the show without him! Fans were relieved to find that he will not be departing the program at the end of the 18th season. Since the 1960s, the show’s Chief Medical Examiner and historian have worked as a musician, voice-over actor, and in the original series, The Man from U.N.C.L.E.

Joe Spano – Tobias Fornell
Joe Spano made his NCIS debut in the premiere episode as FBI agent Tobias Fornell, who worked with the NCIS team. In season 15, he quit the FBI and began working as a private investigator. He would return to the show in season 19 and reprise his part, even if just for one episode. He’s also recognized for his roles in Apollo 13, The X-Files, and NYPD Blue, as well as his role as Lt. Henry Goldblume in the 1980s cop drama Hill Street Blues.
