Penny Johnson Jerald resumed her recurring role as Department Official Joanne Torrence in the 150th episode of NCIS, alongside many other performers. Penny has been in several prominent television shows, including October Road, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, 24, The 4400, The Larry Sanders Show, and The Orville. She also played captain Victoria Gates in Castle for four seasons. Her most recent appearance was in Celeste’s Dream, a 2020 film.

Lily Tomlin is an award-winning actress, comedian, writer, and producer who has been in the business since the 1960s. The Emmy, SAG, and Grammy award-winning actress co-starred with Jane Fonda in Tea with Mussolini, Grandma, and the Netflix series Grace and Frankie. Fans were happy to see Lily as Penelope Langston, the grandmother of NCIS Agent Timothy McGee, in the 9th season of NCIS in 2011. She hasn’t appeared on the show since.
