Catherine Dent – Danielle Sofer
Long before she was considered for a role on NCIS, Catherine Dent was well-known for her performance as Danielle “Danny” Sofer on the television drama The Shield. She gained notoriety as a guest star on a number of other television shows, including Arrow, Outcast, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., among many others. Dent played Officer Danny Sofer in two episodes of NCIS, but he left an indelible effect on the show’s viewers.

Zoe McLellan – Jennifer Coates
Petty Officer Jennifer Coates, a recurrent character who subsequently became a regular during the final season of the lawyer procedural drama JAG, was played by actress Zoe McLellan. She appeared as a guest on The Mentalist and House before landing the role of Special Agent Meredith Brody on NCIS. She went on to play the lead in NCIS: New Orleans for the first two seasons before leaving after the third. Zoe had a successful career in shows such as Star Trek: Voyager, Dungeons and Dragons, and Designated Survivor.
