Brigid Brannagh played Catherine Reynolds in only one episode of NCIS when Gibbs and Kate encountered her at a mental hospital where she had been admitted. She was a suspect till the program ended and she was killed off! Brigid has an impressive acting resume, having acted in shows such as CSI and Legacy. One of her most well-known performances was Pamela Moran, a recurring character on Army Wives for six seasons. She most recently appeared in the Hallmark Channel feature Crush on You and the indie film Not That Funny.

Wendy Makkena – Rachel Cranston
Wendy Makkena’s career in show business began in 1986 when she appeared on the television show, Santa Barbara. Although she has acted in a few commercial films in tiny roles, she is best known for her work on television shows. She played Dr. Rachel Cranston, a psychologist tasked with conducting one-on-one interviews with the entire NCIS team, in NCIS. She was revealed to be Agent Kate Todd’s sister, who appeared in the first two seasons of the show. One of her most noteworthy roles was Sister Mary Robert in the 1992 cult film Sister Act.
