It does not matter how annoying the guests are – cast members are always expected to stay in character and be polite! We are glad to hear that they have managed to find ways to let off steam on the job. The cast members have gotten used to saying, “Have a magical Disney day.” Even though this sounds nice and sweet, it is actually code for “f*** you.” Hopefully, you do not do anything to warrant this!

Not Really The Happiest Place On Earth
Disney World might use the nickname “The Happiest Place on Earth,” but some employees would beg to differ. In 2008, a number of staff members put on their costumes and protested the conditions and pay that they get. They staged the protest outside the park. Sadly, 32 costumed employees were arrested as others chanted in front of the guests. We hope that things have since gotten better for them.
