However, guests are not the only ones who go to the resort. In fact, Disney World would not be in operation if it were not for the 74,000 “cast members” who make the magic happen. With that figure, it is actually the biggest single-site employer in the United States. The company spends more than $1.2 billion to pay the cast members. On top of that, it shells out $474 million for additional benefits.
