Montana had the lowest obesity rate in the year 2019. it was ranked 16th when it was about obesity. More than 26% of the people who were residing in that state were obese. The authorities encouraged programs, nutrition, and not processed foods in hospitals and schools. Montana was trying to find a solution to stop obesity and help people who lived a healthy lifestyle.
