Curtain Tie
By simply placing a hook in the wall and attaching the piece of pool noodle to it, you have the perfect curtain tie. This works well with fabric curtains that may blow in the wind. Cutting the noodle spirally will allow you to slip the curtains right in. This is much easier than the older hook system and can really save the quality of the curtains at the same time.
