Who The Person Might Be
You can tell that he was very frustrated with what the mysterious man had been doing. AngryAussie assumed that whoever was parking near his car is probably someone who was regularly drunk and “forgot” to move their car. It was a good guess, but that still isn’t enough of a clue to track down who this mystery person is.
