The woman did not know that a parking enforcer was on his way to the site thirty minutes ago. The officer arrived and was already at the back of the truck and can already hear the foul words that the woman was throwing to the delivery truck driver and the foreman. The foreman was trying his best to keep his cool, and he was replying calmly while the woman was yelling.

The foreman was trying to prove a point. He smiled and said, “Can’t you just pull out around it? It’s not that hard.” The parent was still yelling and shouting vulgarities. She continued cursing and went back angrily inside her car. She still cannot open her door properly, so she had to enter from the passenger seat and squeeze herself inside the driver’s side.
