What they did was request two slots for them at the bottom of the hills. A sign was placed at the foot of the mountain, saying “No Parking.” This parking was mainly for the construction project, and all the people saw this in the area. This was set up, hoping that people will not park their cars there. The sign is visible and very straight forward.

Still Wouldn’t Move
The “No Parking” zone was not respected. People would still go and park there, and what did not help them is there was a school half a block away from the no parking zones. The parents would often park their cars there while waiting for their children. This could have been forgivable, but a few people consistently used those slots and parked their vehicles there.
