After gaining massive publicity, McCaughey has undergone different kinds of medication. They may have been overwhelmed by everyone’s reaction, but they had to deal with it despite the shocking news they brought all around the world.  Bobbi told the 2007 Baptist Bulletin of those who had come to their house to see their septuplets. “We had strangers come around to the back door, knock, and ask if they could hold a baby,” Bobbi said. Why, if you were to have a choice, wouldn’t want it? Even the U.S. President felt the same way!
