An entire battle ensued, but we have yet to see the results. The school district website says that Bohenek is still under their employ. If this is the case, we hope she at least learned her lesson.

One woman had this to say about the situation: “Such a tender age to be scarred from this form of abuse. There are a lot of so-called ‘teachers’ that are working in schools that don’t care for children and aren’t fit to teach… Little to no training or love for the profession. I’m a former teacher and has taught for 20 years, I can truly see why many students and families are turning to homeschool and other non-traditional learning opportunities”.
