Chelsea couldn’t recall what was on her two-year-old son’s shirt on that particular day. Karen had sent her a text message, and she was perplexed. Karen confronted her with a message, and she kept asking herself what could have been written on her son’s tee shirt that could have been so hurtful. “It was demeaning to boys don’t you think?” She said.

Chelsea was troubled about what Karen meant in her text message. She frankly replied, “I literally have no idea what you’re on about.” Karen’s text message must have had a deeper meaning for her to be bothered by the graphics on the tee-shirt, even though they had just met at the playgroup a few hours before.
