When he was still a young man, Steve Harvey has been on the receiving ends of various acts of kindness. There was a time when he was homeless. This happened before he made it big in the world of standup comedy. Can you believe that he used to live on the streets? It is hard to imagine now, but this was true.

In the ‘80s, he used to sleep in his car because he had nowhere else to go. Back then, he would shower at gas stations and public pools. He has since come a long way. However, he would not have gotten to where he is now if it had not been for the generosity of other people.
