Jonah Hill was obviously not an active person when he first made his acting debut. You can’t help but be proud of how far he has gone in terms of weight loss when you look at him now. His improved lifestyle is thought to have contributed to his 40 pounds loss. Hill works out and follows diets frequently. Boxing seems to be one of his favorite forms of exercise. Hopefully, he stays steady and doesn’t put on the weight again. Hill will play the lead roles in The Beach Bum and The Ballad of Richard Jewell, two future motion pictures.
Al Roker | 150 Lbs
Al Roker is well known for his weather anchor appearances on The Today Show. Roker used to be rather large, but he appears to be a whole different guy now. Through gastric bypass surgery, Roker was able to shed an incredible 150 pounds. He eventually managed to alter his eating habits entirely, although he later gained part of it back. He now exercises occasionally and watches what he eats to keep his weight stable. In addition to hosting NBC’s Today, Roker is well-known for serving as Lester Holt’s meteorologist on NBC Nightly News.
