Margaret Suntum was the director of stenography in Obama’s White House and she earned $117,846 in 2016, meaning the job got a pay cut under Trump.

The role of the social secretary for the White House has been tagged as the “least controversial” job by the Washington Post. The role entails planning and executing various social events that are hosted by the White House. Anna “Rickie” Niceta was chosen by First lady Melania Trump for the position because Niceta has twenty years of event planning experience. She receives an annual salary of $168,000, while Deesha Dyer got paid $119,723 in 2016 in Obama’s White House.
