Michelle Jenneke – Olympic Hurdler
Michelle Jenneke’s viral warm-up dance just before the race in 2012 eventually took over social media. Jenneke, a hurdler, performs a pre-race warm-up routine that includes a big smile and a lot of hip-shaking. Jenneke was never at the top of her profession, so she’s unlikely to have accomplished the fame she has without the routine. She qualified for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro but came in 37th place.
