About The Name
Have you ever wondered just how Catherine Zeta-Jones got her name? It is pretty darn unique. And no, she did not change it once she got famous! She was indeed named after her grandmothers, Catherine Fair and Zeta Jones. Nice!
The Next Step
“I spent more time in front of a mirror dancing than I did in front of a desk,” Zeta-Jones said about her childhood. At just age 15, she dropped out of school at age 15 and joined a touring production, The Pajama Game, of which she said, “All the gay guys in the show were my surrogate mothers.” Quite challenging beginnings for Zeta-Jones but she loved every minute.
