Gregg Valentino

In his hay day, Valentino had the largest biceps in the world but only because he used an oil called, Synthol. Synthol is highly discouraged in the bodybuilding world as it pumps your muscles up without putting in real work, and it’s extremely dangerous. Sadly Valentino would learn just how dangerous Synthol really was when his arm developed a dangerous and massive hematoma that started to leak. He actually tried to drain the growth himself with a syringe but instead he watched his bicep explode and he ended up in the emergency room.

Andreas Munzer

Andreas Munzer looked like a sculpted G.I. Joe doll until his tragic and untimely death in 1996 when he was just 32 years old. Munzer cut his body fat percentage down to practically nothing, as it allows you to show off each individual muscle on your body, there is a limit to what your body fat percentage can go down to. He went well over this limit resulting in several tumors on his liver and his heart became enlarged.
