Ouch! This driver adds even more insult to injury. Not only did the driver hit a car, he took the time to leave a note that didn’t even include his insurance details. Instead he rubbed salt in the wound by telling the driver he hit the car, but it’s such a piece of junk that he probably wouldn’t notice! Just wow!
