Andrew’s problems are said to have extended to the various schools
It seems that Andrew wasn’t just a nuisance at home at times. Nigel claims that when the prince started pre-school at the age of eight, he quickly gained a reputation as a bully. Apparently, his classmates weren’t big fans of the young royal, and they reportedly weren’t the only ones either. According to reports, the teachers didn’t care for Andrew either, with Cawthrone claiming they weren’t sad to see him go. There were similar problems when he attended boarding school Gordonstoun, claiming he was “boastful” and liked to tell dirty jokes. This is said to have earned him the nickname “The Giggler”. To make matters worse, the prince was apparently not the most gifted pupil during his time there.

He is said to have been rude to many palace staff and was only charming to a certain type of person
Andrew’s alleged behavior was not particularly appropriate for a royal. However, he was also still a child and there was every reason to believe that he would grow up as he got older. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to have happened. It seems that the prince continued to be a nuisance as he got older and many royal staff were reportedly not impressed with him. According to reports, former bodyguard Ken Wharfe told Cawthorne that Andrew’s manners were “just awful”. Someone else called him “incredibly rude” and claimed he was only charming to blonde women with generous bustlines. The prince reportedly throws things on the floor and demands that others pick them up, allegedly using language that has no place in royalty. It seems that working for this king was not a dream job.
