Going off the last fact, the word is actually spelled “Avīci,” so where did the extra ‘i’ come from? Well the MySpace account for “Avici” was already taken, therefore he added the extra letter and just like that, he was on his way to becoming a massive star. Okay, maybe not quite but you get what we mean.

Avicii’s success didn’t just stop at being a “musician”. He also went on to co-write and co-produce Coldplay’s hit song “A Sky Full of Stars”. The song is from the band’s sixth studio album titled Ghost Stories, released back in 2014.
