Cristo Del Miserere
Located in Sotillo de la Ribera, the Church of Santa Agueda houses a unique statue. Called the Cristo del Miserere, the wooden sculpture of Jesus Christ ended up getting a lot of media attention once its secret came out. Prior to the arrival of the restorers from Da Vinci Restauro, it was not a secret that the piece was not in tiptop condition.
