“Remove the cat, please.”
The agent was alone, and Sandra was worried. Was this the help you needed? She had little time to think. “Could you remove the cat, ma’am?” asked the officer. Sandra drew Missy away from the sink and held her firmly. It was time to take a closer look. Sandra reassured Missy with gentle words and assured her that everything would be all right. Although Missy was still frightened, she was gradually calming down. Sandra was determined to build trust and continued to talk to Missy, reassuring her. Finally, Missy was calm enough to be removed from the sink. Sandra was relieved that the agent was patient and understanding and didn’t try to remove Missy by force.

The agent slowly prepares the sink and seems unsure of himself. Sandra is worried and wants to distract Missy, so she leaves the bathroom. Sandra’s fear grew and grew. She didn’t know what the police were looking for or why they were so interested in her bathroom sink. She worried that the smell might be dangerous and that the police might have recognized it. She was also worried that the contents of the sink were serious enough to explain the presence of the entire police team.
