Locked doors
The agents rushed out of the bathroom, locked the door and asked for the door key. Sandra was puzzled; what had the agent discovered in the sink? There was no time for questions. The agent closed the door and asked Sandra to come with him. Sandra was outside the washroom and sensed the urgency. She followed the officer, even though she didn’t know what was going on. The other officers were running around and talking in low voices, which indicated that something was going on, but Sandra had no idea. She was relieved not to be in the bathroom when the officers sensed it was urgent. It had to be something serious.

The stranger again
As Sandra and the officer were about to leave, Sandra noticed the stranger from before that day heading towards the building. Although she didn’t know him, it was already the second time she’d seen him that day. Sandra remembered his face perfectly, for he was wearing the same clothes as in the morning and looking around warily. A shiver ran down her spine. She wanted to tell the officer about the man, but he had already left. An uneasy feeling lingered inside her. She wondered if the man had anything to do with the burglary, and suspected him of malice. She decided to keep an eye on him in future.
