Cody Lundin Said His Dual Survival Co-Host Threatened Him
Survival reality TV show Duel Survival faced a controversy when Cody Lundin sued the network. Her suit said that co-host Joe Teti threatened to kill him while they shot the show. Lundin said that producers wanted him to act like he was going crazy during filming, but Teti was really waving an ice ax and threatening to bury him in a Norwegian mountain. It was the second time Lundin got threated by his colleague who threatened to use a spear to impale him when they were in Hawaii. According to him, Teti showed him photos of the people he allegedly killed while in the CIA.
