After Chandler moves out of his and Joey’s apartment, Janine Lecroix, played by Elle Macpherson, moves in and becomes Joey’s new roommate. Initially, Joey knew nothing about Janine when she moved in but soon took a liking to her for her personality as well. Eventually, he becomes terrified because he believes she’s turning him into a “girl” with paintings of water cans and babies and flowers. Joey asks her to remove all these items from shared spaces in the apartment, which she agrees to do. However, he realizes he likes them and tells her she can put it all back if she wants to.

Anna Faris as Erica
Anna Faris plays Erica, the mother of Chandler and Monica’s adopted twins. While the beginning of the adoption process was confusing as Erica mixed up Monica and Chandler’s file with another couple’s, things soon fall into place. It wasn’t until the birth that Erica learns that she’s been pregnant with twins, not one baby. She gives birth to a girl and a boy, who are named Jack and Erica – after Monica’s father and after the twins’ birth mother.
