No BYOB
Long spoke to the drinking policy and said, “Some people will go to the local liquor store and bring their mini bottles of booze on the plane. We always know who you are. We always find it… You can’t serve yourself. We need to know how much you’ve had to drink so we’re not over-serving you, because the higher you fly and the longer you go, the more the alcohol affects your brain.” Who knew that one!
Can You Hold It?
For the sake of everyone on the plane, please try and use the restroom before boarding the flight. If a passenger uses the airplane restroom before takeoff, the crew is required to alert flight deck. By law, pilots cannot start takeoff if the bathroom is occupied. Robert Bingochea, a flight attendant explained, “Once the aircraft starts moving, there’s always the fear of someone falling down, and we’re in that position of liability if we don’t let the captain know.”
